"Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen."

"Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change."

"You're imperfect, and you're wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging." -Brene Brown

Whatever you are struggling with, you are not alone. I view therapy as an opportunity to feel seen, heard, and connected as you go through your journey of healing, personal growth, and empowerment. You deserve the time and a safe space to tell your story. Through a strengths-based, collaborative approach, I will walk with you as you create your path toward positive change, self discovery and enhanced wellbeing.

I am a licensed graduate professional counselor with 20 years of experience working with children and families as an elementary school counselor. My focus has been stress reduction, anger management, behavioral challenges, ADHD, communication skills, and parenting challenges. I utilize a variety of solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and play therapy techniques. Together we will create a treatment plan that you are comfortable with to address your wants and needs. If you are hurting, worrying, or just longing for change, I encourage you to pick up the phone and reach out.
