Meditation and Mindful Mental Health Group

For Our weekly group supports a proactive approach to mental health through meditation & mindfulness. Group meetings include a guided meditation practice taught in a down-to-earth manner, accessible to all, as well as honest conversations surrounding mental health. The day following each group meeting, members will receive a guided mindfulness practice in their email inbox to foster a daily meditation practice and a mindful approach to mental health
