Paul Henry, Graduate Clinical Intern

Hi, I’m Paul. I am currently a graduate-level student at Johns Hopkins University, where I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.

My ever-expanding areas of interest include helping people navigate relationships, career changes, grief, trauma, addiction, sexuality, gender, and neurodivergence. I believe in a person-centered approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring my methods to best support your unique needs. Currently, I incorporate techniques and modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I am thrilled to work with Bodhi on this current phase of my training. Prior to my graduate studies, I spent over 20 years in the workforce, which I think has given me a unique perspective on how counseling can facilitate an understanding beyond our imaginations.

I’m glad you’re reading this, and I look forward to meeting you!
