Angela Gray, LGMFT
Hello, my name is Angela Gray (she/her/hers), LGMFT, and I am a graduate of Northcentral University. I completed my nationally accredited Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2017 and completed specialized training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in 2022.
As a Trauma Professional and Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about working with couples, families, and children. I work with couples and families to instill hope, build on natural strengths, and reach achievable goals. Family relationships are not black and white, it’s a balance.
I have been working in the behavioral health field for over twenty years in a variety of settings. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a guided approach to empower couples and families to bring synergy to their relationships. I work from a solution-focused systemic approach, which elicits hope, motivates, and sustains change.
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, going on nature walks, crafting, and reading. Our favorite time is spent at the beach! I am beyond thrilled to be part of the amazing team at Bodhi Counseling.
“Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light”. ~Albus Dumbledore
