Have you found yourself in a place in your life that you don’t recognize? A place that is not where you want to be? A place far from where you ever imagined you’d be? I believe that everyone has the ability to live a life where they feel safe, secure, and supported. In working together, we can guide you back to a place of centeredness, contentment and tranquility in your life.
My name is Shana; I am an intuitive and open-minded licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in social work. I have a strong background in crisis response and clinical counseling related to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, illness, and end of life transitions. I enjoy working with a diverse population of clients from children to adults with a special focus on LGBTQ issues, couples counseling, women’s issues and trauma. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories dependent on your individual needs.
You have a story that deserves to be heard; I seek to provide a safe nonjudgmental place for you to tell yours.
