Jordan Lally is a meditation teacher, musician & mental health advocate based in Bel Air, MD. Following the passing of his beloved father to clinical depression and suicide, Jordan began a dedicated practice of meditation in an effort to understand and heal his own depressive & anxious tendencies. After years of personal practice and growth, Jordan began teaching meditation, mindfulness & yoga nidra (sleep-based meditation) in one-on-one sessions, workshops and weekly classes.
Jordan co-founded the Ed Lally Foundation, whose mission is to de-stigmatize mental illness and raise awareness for mental health through meditation, mindfulness, self-expression & associated practices. On behalf of the foundation, Jordan speaks, teaches & performs at schools, recovery houses, conferences & events throughout the region.
Jordan graduated with his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount St Mary’s University and received his advanced certification in meditation from the Amrit Yoga Institute.
“Meditation has transformed my entire headspace, delivering me from a life defined by depression and social anxiety, to one of true freedom and happiness. I love nothing more than sharing this transformative practice with others.”
