My name is Jason. I have spent my life’s journey going from a confused, lost, and out of tune human in search of answers, to presently finding myself as a slightly less confused, slightly less lost, and sometimes in-tune human, still in search of answers. I believe in the therapeutic process. I believe we are all worth it.
Therapy is like an episode of Scooby Doo. You enter the office and I say “alright gang, let’s get to the bottom of this.” Then, at the end, we rip off the mask to discover who’s really underneath. Unlike Scooby Doo, it’s usually not old man Johnson and we aren’t at an old, abandoned amusement park.
I use an eclectic approach and borrow from several theoretical orientations dependent on who people are and what they need. I have experience working with a wide range of people and concerns. I am open and non judgmental. If you are reading this, considering if you would benefit from talking with someone, I encourage you to take that as a sign.
